Booking & Deposit Terms

Reserving your date.

  • Deposit A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposits confirm the booking and secure Chef Rawles's calendar.
  • Balance Due seven days prior to service.
  • Refunds Deposits are fully refundable within 14 days of booking. After 14 days, deposits are non-refundable, but one complimentary reschedule is offered with 14+ days notice.
  • Late Cancellations Cancellations within 7 days of service: full payment retained.
  • Guest Count Final count confirmed 7 days prior. Increases after that date are subject to availability and a 15% rush fee.
  • Dietary Needs Restrictions and allergies must be disclosed at booking. Accommodations included at no additional charge.
  • Payment Zelle · ACH · major credit cards (3% processing fee on cards).
