Rehearsal Dinner · Catering

A rehearsal dinner that sets the tone.

The night before belongs to the families. Chef Rawles cooks it on-site so everyone can be present for it.

The Occasion

The first dinner of the wedding.

The rehearsal dinner is where two families relax into the same room for the first time, and it deserves better than a rushed reservation for twenty. Chef Rawles cooks it wherever you are gathering — a home, a rental, a private space — so the evening feels personal rather than booked.

He handles the menu, the sourcing, the cooking, and the cleanup on-site, plated or family-style. The couple and their parents get to actually sit with their guests instead of managing a venue.

It is an intimate, well-fed start to the weekend — and a calmer one.

The Menu

Personal, and unhurried.

Rehearsal dinners are a natural place for the couple's story to show up on the plate — a nod to where they met, a family recipe reimagined, the coast's seafood, or the Barbadian warmth Chef Rawles cooks from. He will build it with you.

Menus are seasonal and priced per guest, published openly. Weddings and multi-event weekends can be planned together.

Questions

Good to know.

How many guests can you handle for a rehearsal dinner?
From an intimate table of both families up to a larger group. Plated dinners suit smaller counts; catering-style service handles bigger ones. Share your number and Chef Rawles will recommend the format.
Can you cook at our venue or rental?
Yes. He cooks on-site wherever you are gathering — a home, a vacation rental, or a private event space with a working kitchen or suitable prep area.
Can you also cater the wedding itself?
Often, yes. If you are planning an intimate wedding or elopement, he can carry the same standard across both nights. Ask and he will map out the weekend with you.
